All payments must be with your own credit card or debit card, and with adequate funds to make payment. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'.
All communication to you will be addressed to the email address supplied when you check out. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible should you fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you check out. If any of the details on your confirmation email after placing an order are incorrect please contact us immediately. Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith, occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfil your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and Dynamic Clothing and Equipment when you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped. SagePay takes payment immediately, so if you were unable to fulfil your order, we will offer a refund of payment amount.
VAT at the current rate of 17.5% is charged where applicable.
We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards. American Express, Personal Cheques, Postal Orders and Cash are not accepted for any purchase.
When the order is placed on our website personal details are encrypted using 256 bit AES encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our order computer.
Your payment is not made through our system but through SagePay, dedicated and globally recognised payment systems carrying their own security and privacy statements.
If you place an order and we do not have a product in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and ask you whether you would like to wait for the product to be available or cancel that product from your order.
The Company will replace any faulty product in line with current legislation and will seek be reimbursed itself by the relevant manufacturer.
Where the customer orders the wrong size or product etc, it will at its discretion, replace a product in a 14 day period providing that the product and its packaging, are not damaged in any way and the customer pays any postage involved.
If the customer decides for any reason other than the above, that he/she does not require the product and wishes to return it to the company, if it is a normal stock item, the company may at its discretion, offer a refund in full or in part providing the product or its packaging are not damaged. In any instance, all postage costs will not be refunded to the customer. The company will not offer a refund on special orders.
